Affiliate Spotlight: One Introduction, a Growing Account
Jamie identified an opportunity with someone in his network.
A nonprofit organization supporting people with developmental disabilities had work that looked like a good fit for Nexopta. Jamie made the introduction and booked a fit call with our team.
That one introduction has since turned into a growing client relationship.
The organization started by improving how incoming calls are handled. Their daytime AI receptionist, Alex, is now in use, and Maya, their after-hours assistant, has been built and is currently being tested with their team.
As we continued working with them, other needs started to surface.
They added monthly operational reporting to give leadership a better view of call activity, along with caller feedback so they can see where the experience could be improved.
More recently, their team brought forward two other areas they want to explore: staff scheduling and helping identify suitable placements for the people they support. We’re now moving into Discovery to better understand both.
For Jamie, that means the value of his original referral keeps growing too.
He earns commission on the Discovery work and the monthly Managed Service for the account. As the relationship expands and the client adds more work with Nexopta, Jamie’s commission grows with it.
That’s what makes a good referral valuable over the long term. Jamie didn’t need to know what the solution should be, scope it, price it, or sell a specific AI worker. He recognized an opportunity with someone he knew and got them into a conversation with Nexopta.
Thanks, Jamie, for making the introduction and getting the conversation started.
Take a look at the people already in your network. Who do you know who owns or helps run a business and is looking for ways to make it more efficient?
You don’t need to figure out the solution. Find the opportunity, make the introduction, and book the fit call.
